  • How To Play
    • Cannot continue
      If all your characters are defeated you can use Memory Diamond to continue, but the number of times you can continue differ depending on the quest.
      Also, how many characters you can recover is different for each quest.
      If you cannot continue, please check the number of Memory Diamonds you have and the number of times you continued.

    • What are Memory Diamonds?
      Memory Diamonds are used to scout characters, continue when you game over during quests, and etc.
      They are obtainable from login bonuses, rewards and can be purchased at Diamond Shop.

    • Cannot find the Gift that was in the Gift Box
      A Gift has an expiration date.
      After the expiration date, the Gift will automatically be deleted from the Gift Box.

    • I changed the charater's gears but the image has not changed, why?
      When you change gears, only the looks of the weapon will change.
      Even if you change the armors, the looks of the character will not change.

    • Can I increase the number of gears I can hold?
      Try obtaining gears while your inventory is at limit and you will be able to use Memory Diamonds to increase the amount of gears you can hold.
      You can also sell gears to open up space in your inventory.

      Decline notice will not be sent.

    • Cannot damage the enemy
      Depending on the character’s attack stat and the enemy’s strength you might not be able to deal damage.
      If you are having difficulty defeating the enemy, power up your character and equipment before challenging.

      This app is free to play but you need money to purchase certain items in the game.
      The fee needed for connection is to be paid on your side.

    • I had 2 of the same characters but 1 disappeared
      You can only obtain 1 of each character.
      If you obtain a same character, that character will turn into a Rainbow Crystal.
      This Rainbow Crystal is used to increase the maximum level and maxing out a character.

      Data transfer can be performed with the following steps:

      (3)Tap "TRANSFER SETTINGS"

      ※Memory Diamond you have will not be transferred when transferring data between different OS (Android to iOS or iOS to Android).

      If you cannot follow due to limit, either the number of followers of the player you wish to follow has reached the limit, or the number of players you are following has reached the limit.

      The current number of followers and follows can be checked.

      In-app purchase may not function correctly under the following circumstances;
