    Some players may see the filters for these new Affiliations unmarked from the outset in their Filter settings. In cases where characters are not being shown, please be sure to select the Senju Clan & Uchiha Clan Affiliation filters.

    For your game data transfer to new device, please proceed the following steps.

    ■ How to conduct data transfer
     
    [IMPORTANT NOTICE]
    -Please take note of your < USER ID > and < Data Transfer Code > beforehand.
    -If you have not kept your Data Transfer information, you will not be able to conduct Data Transfer operation.


    <What you need to with your current device>
    [1] Please use a stable network connection and launch the app. 
    [2] Tap [Other] button --> [Data Transfer] --> confirm your Data Transfer Code.
    [3] Take and save the screenshot of your < USER ID > and < Data Transfer Code > and keep it safe.

    <What you need to do with your new device>
    [1] Please use a stable network connection and install the app again.
    [2] Launch the app and input your < USER ID > and < Data Transfer Code > from [Data Transfer] on the title screen.
    [3] Please check your < Ninja Rank > and < User Name > after the Data Transfer.

    [PLEASE NOTE]
    -Only In-app data transfer function is recommended to use. 
     We don't recommend any other way to conduct Data Transfer operation such as taking data backup with your PC.
    -Once Data Transfer is conducted to your new device, you will not be able to play the app with your old device.
    -Please take note that you can't carry over your Ninja Pearls between different OSs such as Android to iOS.
    -If you have forgotten your Data Transfer Code, you can confirm it on the Data Transfer page from [Other] button with your current device.
    -DO NOT tell your Data Transfer information to any third party.

    - Reinstall
    If none of these procedure described above help you with the issue, re-installing the app may fix it.
    However, please be informed that once you uninstall the app, the data will be lost.
    You can restore your data by using "Transfer Code". Please note that you need "User ID" and "Transfer Code" to conduct a data transfer.
