    How to settle that the latest update is not reflected in the App Store

    Thank you for playing BANDAI NAMCO games and using our products.

    Customers using iOS devices may be notified that the app needs to be updated, but even if you access the App Store after watching the notification, sometimes the latest update is not reflected in the App Store.
    In that case, please try the following process.

    *How to Update
    [1] Access to "App Store"
    [2] Swipe the screen downwards on the "Update" tab and then update

    The issue may be fixed with the following procedures;
     
    - Reboot your device
    Please confirm that whether rebooting your device fix the issue.
     
    - Stop multi-tasking
    Please close all running apps before you update the app.
     
    - Free up your memory
    The update may not be correctly conducted if you don't have enough memory in your device.
    In that case, please free up the memory by deleting unnecessary app or data files.
     
    - Download with Wi-Fi
    Please use Wi-Fi connection when you update the app 
     
    - Reinstall
    If none of these procedure described above help you with the issue, re-installing the app may fix it.
    However, please be informed that once you uninstall the app, the data will be lost.
    You can restore your data by using "Transfer Code".
    Please note that you need "User ID" and "Transfer Code" to conduct a data transfer.

  • How can I migrate my game data to another device?

    You can acquire the "Data Transfer ID" and set "Password" by the following procedure.
    *Before you start data migration, please also check "Important Notes for Data Transfer"

    ■Operation on your current device
    ●"Data Transfer ID" and "Password" setting
    1. Launch the app on your current device and tap "Support" at the upper right of the title screen.
    2. Tap "Data Transfer".
    3. Tap "Transfer Setting".
    4. Confirm "Your Data Transfer ID".
    5. Enter the password as alphanumeric 8 to 12 characters.
    6. Tap "Set".

    ■Operation on your new device
    ●After setting of "Data Transfer ID" and "Password"
    1. Launch the app on your new device and tap "Support" at the upper right of the title screen.
    2. Tap "Data Transfer".
    3. And then tap "Data Transfer".
    4. Enter "Your Data Transfer ID" and "Password" and then tap "Confirm".

    Data Migration
    By setting a password beforehand, you can migrate your game data to another device.
    Also, you can restore your data in case the accident such like device initialization or deletion of the app data.

    Data Migration
    Please kindly note the followings.

    ■Please confirm and set "Data Transfer ID" and "Password" beforehand.
       Also please be sure to take memorandum and/or save to PC mail address in preparation for the device lost and broken.

    ■In-app currency "Crest Stone" cannot be carried over when transferring game data between devices with a different OS.
    With this, it is recommended that you use any "Crest Stone" you have before transferring your game data.

    -Please note that "Crest Stone" which disappeared by data transfer between different OS will be excluded from supplement.
    -We do not disclose data transfer information nor accept data restoration etc., so please make sure to strictly manage necessary information by yourself for game data transfer.
    -Do not disclose/share your Data Transfer information to any third party.
    -Kindly be reminded that the "Password" which was issued during Transfer ID setting can be used repeatedly even after using it once.
    -Please backup your game data using the backup method setting provided by the in-game application. We are unable to guarantee the use of backup methods besides the one provided by the application such as data back-up by PC/SD card.

  • If I deleted the app, what would happen to my play data?

    If you delete (uninstall) the app from your device, the play data will also be deleted.
    It cannot be restored in case you deleted game data by mistake without setting data transfer setting in advance.

    Regarding the compatibility of "iOS 9", it is different from each content.
    Therefore, we would like to ask you to confirm in each application's notice or the download page of each content in App Store.

    [1] When your device is under high stress
    Please conduct the following operation and retry under good communication circumstances;
    -Restart your device
    -Close all running apps (Stop multi-task)
    -Restart the app
     
    [2] Reflection may be delayed with various kinds of issue, mainly with communication error
    After conducting the in-app purchase, sometimes the result may be delayed to come out with various kinds of issue such as App Store side server communication delay.
    Please be informed that sometimes this may take 2-3 days, so please be patient until then.

  • The app shows "Waiting" and I can play it since the last update. What can I do?
    How To Play
    Please try all the following methods when your device shows "Waiting";
     
    [1] Make sure your Network connection is stable and try the steps below
    + Turn the power OFF
    (Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.)
     
    + Stop Multitasking
    # with iOS 6 or older
    Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps. Long-press icons and tap the [-] mark on the left top.
    # with iOS 7 or later
    Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps. Then swipe up on the app you want to close.
     
    [2] Reset your device
    Press and hold the power button and home button at the same time. Please keep pressing even when the power off menu is displayed on screen > Release the buttons when the Apple logo has appeared > Please wait until the device starts again
    **No data or settings will be lost from this procedure.
     
    If the issues still persist after the above methods, please update the version of this app using your computer, and then sync it to your device.
