I cannot login the app. What should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in to DRAGON BALL LEGENDS, please check 1 to 3 below.


1. Troubleshooting Steps for Stable Network Environment
You may experience errors if you are attempting to play the game in an unstable network environment. In such cases, we would ask that you to please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Switch connections from mobile data to Wi-Fi    
*If you switch connections in the middle of gameplay, it may cause unexpected errors to occur. Please close the app before changing connections and try again.  
- Upgrade the speed/data limit or service of your Mobile Data  
- Confirm if there are any issues with the Wi-Fi modem and router, and restart the devices  - Confirm if the Wi-Fi router is properly connected to the Internet

2. Cases Where You Are Unable to Play or Transfer Data
If the following conditions apply to your save data, then you will not be able to play normally or transfer data. As such, please check if they apply to your case.

- You attempted to transfer a single instance of save data to multiple devices
*You cannot log in to a single account on multiple devices.
- You attempted to use data restored from a backup such as device storage or cloud services
- The account has been suspended due to violations of the game's terms of service 
----------------------

3. Notes for Data Transfer  
Thus, if you are facing login errors during data transfer, please also check if the following apply to your case.

- Have you completed "Data Transfer Setup" properly?  
- Did you select a social media account that had been used for "Data Transfer Setup" in the game?
- Are you logged in to the social media account you used for “Data Transfer Setup” on the device in question?
- Has the social media account you used for “Data Transfer Setup” been deactivated (have you unsubscribed from that service)?
- Is the account information for the social media account correct?  
- Have 24 passed since the last Data Transfer?
