You may be able to stabilize the game by adjusting the app's settings and usage environment. Please try the following to stabilize your experience.

- Reboot the TALES OF CRESTORIA app.

- Reboot your device.

- Close any other apps currently running.

- Clear browser history and cache.

- Make sure your network environment is secured.

- After launching the application, reload the application data from the title screen > upper right support button > Clear Data

*Re-download all application files. 

Please try in a location with good communication environment such as Wi-Fi.
