  • 【Important】Are there any notes I should be aware of while I do Data Transfer?
    Data Transfer

    Please be noted for data transfer as follows.
    Please refer here for checking transfer information and transfer procedure.

    ●Please note if you are in the process of purchasing, the purchase request will be cancelled.
    ●In case your data was transferred from your original device to new one, you cannot play any more  using the same data with your original device .
    If you would like to play with your old device at any cost, perform account liking using the new device at first,
    transfer your play data again and then start playing the application with your old device.

    Note for transfer code
    ・The number of usable time of trransfer code is limited to once. 
    ・Transfer code never expires.
    ・Code can be issued as number of times, but please note that only the latest code is enabled.

    Note for management of data transfer information
    ・If you have not completed the setting of transfer or transfer information is unknown, data transfer is not possible.
    ・Please make sure to confirm transfer information (setting) and take down a handwritten memo of necessary transfer information or email it to your PC to save it, before starting to play the application.
     Please make sure to strictly manage necessary information for game data transfer by yourself.We do not disclose data transfer information for any reason (loss etc.)
    (Saving a screenshot or e-mail on your device may render you unable to access the information in the case of damage to your device.)
    ・Data transfer operations other than the application, such as data backup function by PC are not subject to operation guarantee.

    Note for data transfer
    ・Please select a stable communication environment when transferring your data.
    ・If a connection is lost when using your transfer code, the code would potentially become invalid. 

    Note for data transfer between different OSs
    ・Data transfer between different OSs [iOS to android] or [iOS to android] is possible. 
    Please note that Haro Chip cannot be carried over when transferring game data between devices with a different OS.

    After completing data transfer
    ・After completing data transfer, your transfer information will be rendered invalid. Please make sure to issue your data transfer information again and take memorandum.

  • [GBGW] Is it possible to carry over Arena Coins or Drop Items obtained at event missions ( only available for a limited time) to the next time?
    How To Play

    The carry over of Arena Coins or Drop Items obtained at event missions is as described below. 

    ■Arena Coins (Arena Rewards)

    They can be carried over to the next time.
    Arena Coin Exchange is updated regularly, so be careful if there are items you want in the current lineup.

    ■ Drop Items obtained at event missions (e.g. Bullseye Coins)

    They cannot be carried over to the next time, because can be used for exchanging items during the event period.
    After the event, you will no longer be able to exchange rewards If the period expires. Please be sure to exchange them.

  • [GBGW] I can't find the acquired parts.
    How To Play

    You can confirm the newly obtained parts via the below steps.

    ■Confirmation Steps

    1. Close the app once, restart and log in again.
    2. Please move to the "Parts" list from the home screen.
    3. Tap the box displayed in the lower-right corner to check the display settings.
    4. Check that no filter is set in “Filter” tab.
       *Please uncheck if any filters are selected.
    5. Go to “Sort” tab and select “Date".
       At that time, please make sure that the arrow displayed to downward (descending order).
      *If it is upward, tap it again to switch to descending the order.
    6. Tap the “OK” button.
    7. The newly obtained parts will be shown at the top, so please check the items you have acquired.
        Parts exceeding the slot upper limit will be sent to the Gift Box.
        Therefore, if you cannot find the parts you want to check via the above steps, please check the gift box.

  • [GBGW] I want to know about how many items can be contained in the Item Box.
    How To Play

     For default 1 slot setting in the Item Box, up to 999 possessed items can be contained and can be received up to 50 slots. 
    * For example, if you have 1,000 coins, you will use 2 slots in the Item Box.

    If there are no open slots for possessed parts, the remaining parts will be sent to Gift Box.

    In this case, in order to receive the item, it is necessary to arrange the possessed items or expand the Item Box.

    You can confirm your possessed items via the below steps.

    HOME in the app > Tap the bottom-right corner > Tap "Upgrade" (Nipper icon) > Tap "List" menu
    and then, you can see "Parts" and "Item" button at the bottom of the screen > Select "Item"

  • [GBGW] No coins can be claimed.
    How To Play

    There are 3 types of coins for  ‘Arena Coins’, ‘Event Coins’, and ‘Platinum Coins’ .

    Obtained coins will be sent to your  Item Box. Item box has carry limit.

    If coins exceed your carry limit, coins that exceeded your carry limit will be sent to your Gift Box.
    Coins sent to your Gift Box cannot be received unless you make space in your Gift Box.

    * Please note that the Receiving Period for coins in your Gift Box for 90 days.

  • Will the game data be lost if I delete the app?
    How To Play

     If the app is deleted, you will be unable to continue from previous gameplay data.

    If account linkage and/or issuing code for data transfer had not been performed,
    you will need to start the game from the beginning after you re-install the game.
    Before deleting the app, please be sure to perform linkage via various accounts and/or to issue a code,
    via "Shortcut Menu" on Home screen > "Other" > "Various Settings" > "Data transfer".

  • How can I transfer my game data to another device?
    Data Transfer

    Data transfers in this app may be performed via 3 methods, by using "Facebook account", "Google account", or "transfer code".

    Preparations before transfer](Old device)

    1. On Home screen, tap "Shortcut Menu" > "Other".
    2. Tap "Other" > "Various Settings" > "Data Transfer".
    3. Register the respective accounts and perform data linking, or issue a transfer code.

    Preparations after transfer](New device)

    1. Install this app.
    2.Tap "Data Transfer" by the bottom of Title screen.
    3. Select and tap one out of "Facebook account transfer", "Google account transfer", or "Enter transfer code".
    ・ If you wish to transfer via Facebook or Google accounts, please tap "Transfer".
    ・ If you wish to transfer via "Enter transfer code", please enter the code that you issued and the password.

    Notes
    Please select a stable communication environment when transferring your data.
    If a connection is lost when using your transfer code, the code would potentially become invalid.
    In this case, please contact and give us information of the code via Inquiry in the application.

    Note for data transfer between different OSs
    Data transfer between different OSs [iOS to android] or [iOS to android] is possible. 
      Please note that Haro Chip cannot be carried over when transferring game data between devices with a different OS.

  • The operations are very slow: what can I do?
    Compatibility

    Please try Reduction mode.

    Please select "Shortcut Menu" from Home screen > "Other" > "Various Settings" > "Reduction mode". 
    Once the setting for this section is changed to "ON", Reduction mode will be in effect, and operations will be more lightweight.

  • How can I remove the link between my game data and Facebook account / Google account?
    Data Transfer

    If you would like to remove the link between your game data and Facebook account / Google account, please follow the steps below:
    1. On Home screen, tap "Shortcut Menu" > "Other".
    2. Tap "Other" > "Various Settings" > "Data Transfer".
    3. Tap "Register Facebook account " or "Register Google account"  
    4. Check if there is an account linked by using any of them above.
    5. Tap again "Register account"  
    6. Displayed Dialog "Do you want to unlink your account linked to your data and register other account? " then select "Yes".
    7. Then Data linking is removed.
    8. Check "Unregister" status of your account.

  • Linking between User ID and all sorts of accounts
    Data Transfer

    Linking between User ID and Facebook account / Google accounts needs to be set by User.

    Please perform data linking on Home screen  "Shortcut Menu" > "Other"  > "Various Settings" > "Data Transfer" after login. 
    Account linking never expires.

    *If you select "Data Transfer" on Home screen after installation,
    user Id will be created at the time.

     Please select "Shortcut Menu" from Home screen > "Other" > "Various Settings" > "Mission".
    Within this section, please change the "HUD display" settings from "Right-handed mode" to "Left-handed mode".

  • What is cache clear?
    Compatibility

    Cache clear is to delete data that is temporarily stored within the app.
    On rare occasions, normal operations may be hindered by this excess data.
    In such cases, the issue may be solved by performing cache clear.

    To perform Cache clear, please select "Cache clear" from Title screen.

  • How can I accumulate Friend Points?
    How To Play

    First, please register a Gunpla to Online Entry.

    Once Gunplas are registered here, your friends and other players can use them as Support Units.
    Also, they may appear as Break-in Units in missions.

    Friend Points can be obtained with regard to the number of times used as Support Unit,
    and/or the amount of damage caused as a Break-in Unit.

    [How to configure Online Entry]
    - Home screen > "Smartphone" > "Profile" > select "Change Online Entry".
    - Home screen > "Gunpla Builds" > "List" > select "Online Entry".

  • The app operations become heavier and/or I become unable to make operations. What can I do?
    Compatibility

    We regret the inconvenience, but kindly try the below operations.

    - Close this app, and then restart the app.
    - Close all apps that are running, outside of this app.
    - Restart the device you are using. (if the device’s temperature is hot, wait until it has cooled)
    - Perform "Cache Clear" from Title screen.

  • The items I should have obtained are not available within Present Box.
    How To Play

    The Present Box is able to store more than 100 items; however, only 100 items can be displayed.
    Since some items have a receiving time limit, please make space in Present Box by accepting old items first.
    By doing so, items that were previously not displayed due to there being more than 100 items will be displayed in the Box list.
