     About the issue that your purchase is not reflected

    Please be informed that the purchase process of Dragon Stones may take a time to be reflected n the app (Maximum:2-3days). 
    In this case, please please turn OFF the power of your device once and turn it ON, then check the Multitasking before you restart the app.
     
    If the Dragon Stones that you purchased have not been reflected after 2 or 3days, we would like to conduct an investigation.
    Threfore, we would like to have purchase information as below:
    [1]User ID
    [2]User name
    [3]Date and time of your purchase
    [4]Amount of purchase
    [5]Item name you purchased
    [6]Transaction ID / Order Number*

    *If your in-app purchase didn't go through correctly, please confirm your payment/purchase information as below:
    [1] login to Google Wallet  with your Google Account that is connected to the app;
    [2] display the purchase history;
    [3confirm the purchase information on the list.

     
    **If you have purchased items multiple times, please inform all of the items that have not been reflected in the app.

    Regarding data migration 
    Please note that you need to issue a transfer code, and check your User ID with your current device in advance before you start to play the app with your new device, or link your game data to your Facebook account through "Facebook Linking back-up". If you did not issue a transfer code nor link your game data to your Facebook account beforehand, you are not able to transfer your data.
     
    Note:
    ・Your Transfer Code will be invalid after you link your game data to your Facebook account through "Facebook Linking back-up". 
    ・If you delete your Facebook account, deactivate your Facebook account, or forget your login information of  your Facebook account, you are not able to conducdt data migration.
    ・We support data migration conducted by Transfer Code or "Facebook Linking back-up"; the game data backuped to computer such as iCloud or iTunes is not supported. 
     
    Caution
    ・Partly deleted game data might lead data inconsistency, and your game date will not be supported if ithe data is inconsistency. 
    ・Unstable internet connection might crash the file data. Please ensure that you have enough internal memory capacity for the app before you start playing the app.
