Thank you for playing Tales of Crestoria.

We have identified the following issue.

  • If you push Cancel on the pop-up that appears when you first select Sorey [Shepherd in Black] on the Support screen, no support character will appear in battle.

  • The HP gauge of an enemy in a Raid sometimes shows a recovery of HP if the battle switches to the enemy turn straight after the enemy has taken damage from an ailment.

    Please be aware that this is a cosmetic issue only and that the enemy is not regaining any lost HP.

  • Android Only
    Under certain conditions, the battle switches to the enemy turn without displaying the Skip Turn button.

    Conditions to Cause Issue
    - Skip Mystic Artes Animation is set to OFF.
    - Show Skip Turn button is set to ON.
    - A fully-Awakened character with an Awakened Skill that charges the OL gauge when they recover HP is included in the party.
    - The last character to take action used a mystic arte that heals the entire party, causing the OL-charging Awakened Skill to charge the OL gauge of a character to its maximum.

  • Taking the actions outlined below will stop the date from being processed correctly and subsequently prevent some missions and login bonuses from working as intended.

    1. Start a Raid and then forcefully close the game using your device's task manager.
    2. Start the game again after 5:00 AM JST and choose to continue the Raid when asked.
    3. Run out of time, temporarily retire, or defeat the enemy to end the Raid.

    Navigating to a different screen will correct the issue and the date will be processed correctly once more.

    If you have experienced the above issue, please try navigating to a different screen.

  • The number of Missions Cleared (Title) displayed on the Records screen is sometimes incorrect.

  • On the Results screen, MAX is being displayed over the character level of characters that have an increased maximum level through the Transcendence Board; even if they have not yet reached that maximum level.

    Please be aware that this is a cosmetic issue only and that EXP is still being gained.

  • After a Guild Member taps on the "i" icon of a Guild Boost on the Guild Profile screen, a message saying "Guild Boost has not been set" will appear even if a Guild Boost has been set.

  • Defeating an enemy using certain ailment-inflicting artes and mystic artes sometimes inflicts the ailment on an enemy that was not the target of the attack.

    Artes or mystic artes with the following traits have been known to cause this issue:
    - Causes damage
    - Inflicts an ailment
    - AoE (area of effect) damage

  • If Sorey [Shepherd in Black] is selected as the support character for Main Story Chapter 3: 5-3, he will not appear in the battle.

  • Clearing a quest with Sorey [Shepherd in Black] as a support character is not counting towards the clearance of missions with conditions requiring a quest to be cleared with a support character.

  • Using a mystic arte with a high hit count when Skip Mystic Artes Animation is set to OFF sometimes causes the game to forcefully close on certain floors of the Phantom Tower.

  • In the Character Room of certain characters, the "!" symbol is being displayed for voice clips that have already been listened to.

  • Playing a voice clip from the Battle tab of Repede [Gallant Canine] in the Character Room causes the game to forcefully close.

  • When navigating to the Character Details/Train screen of a character in multiple parties from the Party Lineup screen, the changes of any Training performed for that character are only reflected for the party you were editing.

    Refreshing the display by navigating to another screen fixes this issue.

  • There are times when the background image is not displaying correctly on the Limited Quests screen.

  • On certain devices the BGM, SFX, and voices during battle are not playing as intended.

  • Under certain circumstances, confirming the rewards of a Raid causes an error and the rewards cannot be accepted.

  • There are times when mystic artes cannot be used even if the OL Gauge is full.

  • If the SFX volume has been reduced in the options, any SFX that are played during an in-battle voice clip will play at the voice clip volume too.

  • Attempting the quest below with a certain party lineup causes the game to forcefully close.
    Affected Quest
    - Main Story Chapter 5: 1-1 on Normal
    This issue can be resolved by changing your party lineup.

    As a temporary solution to the issue above, the party lineup for Main Story Chapter 5: 1-1 will be designated guest characters.

  • There were connection issues during the period below.

  • The game may forcefully close when six or more characters with attachments on all parts are displayed on the Guild screen.

  • There are times when repeatedly or simultaneously tapping the screen causes display errors or forces the game into an unresponsive state.
  • Players are able to donate enough items to their guild to surpass the daily limit on receivable Guild Points, but cannot receive the points.
  • When making a purchase from the shop, a currency symbol is not being displayed correctly. However, the currency that will be used for the purchase can be confirmed on the platform's purchase screen.
