We have identified the following issue.

  • Some players are receiving the incorrect number of items as the final Event Points reward.

  • When using area of effect artes in the Arena, the OL gauge is not increasing if the main target of an artes is missed but those within range are hit.

  • For some characters who have unlocked "Increase the amount the OL gauge fills by when taking action" on the Ascension Board, the OL gauge increase is not being applied when healing artes are used.

  • There are times when an entry request to a guild is not being delivered, even if the guild is accepting members.

  • Certain characters' OL Gauges were not filling after using an artes that causes Stats Down.

  • The Curse ailment is not causing damage.

  • If there is interrupted Raid data, and error occurs which does not allow the Raid to be resumed as usual.

  • There are times when having the Skip Mystic Artes setting set to ON causes a change to the damage dealt.

  • During the AP Cost 1/2 campaign, retrying a quest from the results screen causes the regular AP cost to be shown. Please be aware that this issue is only graphical, the AP consumed to retry a quest will be the discounted amount.

  • Using AP, BP, or Arena Tickets resets the time remaining until the resource is restored.

  • If a Memoria Stone already held by the player is sent to their Gift Box, receiving it from there will result in the first-time acquisition cut-ins being displayed.

  • There are cases where attempting to play Main Story Chapter 1: 1-1 Basics of Battle on a device with an unstable network connection results in the game not progressing from the darkened transition screen, making progress impossible.

  • Taking certain actions during battle can prevent the details of a Memoria Skill from being displayed on the character details window, even after tapping and holding on the thumbnail.

  • After connection to our servers has been lost during a Raid, there are cases when taking certain actions on the connection lost pop-up window will make further progress impossible.

    Restarting the application will fix this problem.

  • The buff of an enemy in a raid can be removed by temporarily retreating and then rejoining the battle.

  • If the "Cancel" and "Exchange" buttons on the Confirm Exchange screen are tapped simultaneously, the game will close.

  • Accessing the menu through the MENU button, tapping the AP button at the top of the screen, and then bringing up the Purchase window results in the pop-up window staying displayed even when navigating away.

  • Players are experiencing difficulties in connecting to the World channel from the Chat screen during busy periods.

  • There are times when repeatedly or simultaneously tapping the screen causes display errors or forces the game into an unresponsive state.

  • If the recovery item being used on the Items screen reaches a quantity of 0, the game will automatically navigate to the Sell screen.

  • The pop-up window warning that the Memoria Stone about to be converted is equipped to a support character does not display.

  • There are times when resuming an interrupted quest causes characters' Attachments to no longer be displayed.

  • If a player's party is defeated in a Raid while the battle is set to Auto, continuing the Raid results in the command button no longer being displayed, making it impossible to continue the battle. If a player attempts to retire, the game will not progress further than the black transition screen.

    Restarting the application will fix this problem.

  • Repeatedly or simultaneously tapping the Arena screen can sometimes cause multiple chat and ranking pop-up windows. Attempts to navigate the screen in this state can force the game to close.

  • When receiving Arena Medals as a Battle Pass Reward, the number of Arena Medals in a player's possession (displayed at the top of the Arena screen) is not updated.

    These numbers will be updated after the player navigates to another screen.

  • The Affinity Level Rewards screen accessible from the Character Room shows the rewards for characters not yet acquired, making the rewards impossible to claim.

  • Players are able to donate enough items to their guild to surpass the daily limit on receivable Guild Points, but cannot receive the points.

  • There are times on the chat screen when, after an invalid chat room number has been entered, the confirm button remains grayed out despite a valid number being entered. 
  • When making a purchase from the shop, a currency symbol is not being displayed correctly. However, the currency that will be used for the purchase can be confirmed on the platform's purchase screen.

  • For some players, the game tutorial is starting again after completion, making progress impossible.

  • Android Only
    Tapping the device's Back key after a skit causes the Skip Confirmation window to be displayed. Tapping OK on this window causes the game to close.

  • During Arena battles, the Awakened Skills of characters in the opposing team do not activate.

  • There are cases when multiple pop-ups being displayed prevents the one displayed first from being interacted with further. This occurs when Multi-Battle is active.

  • There are cases where a connection error occurring on the Shop screen causes the game to display the darkened transition screen, making progress impossible.

  • Android Only If a player enters a Raid without accepting the terms and conditions of chat use, displaying and accepting them in the battle causes display issues if the Back key on the device is tapped.

  • Tapping the Clear Data button after closing the Transfer Data window on the Support Screen results in the game becoming unresponsive. Restarting the application will fix this problem.

  • The first day reward of a Rewards Pass cannot be received without returning to the Home screen.
    The does not invalidate the first day reward.

  • When claiming more than one of the same Memoria Stone from your Gift Box with the Claim All button, the confirmation window will display the received amount as x1.

  • Android Only
    Forcefully closing the game while on the Party Lineup screen causes character stats to be displayed incorrectly when returning to that screen.

    The correct figures will be reflected in battle.

  • When bringing up a character's details by tapping and holding on their thumbnail, their Memoria Skill is shown at level 1, regardless of the level it is.

    This issue was resolved with version 1.0.3.

  • If a player is a member of guild, the MENU button on the Guild screen is unresponsive.

    This issue was resolved with version 1.0.3.

  • There are cases where the details of an item about to be donated to a guild are displayed incorrectly.

    This issue was resolved with version 1.0.3.

  • When viewing the profile of a player who has not yet joined a guild, the incorrect translation "You do not belong to a guild" is displayed.

    This issue was resolved with version 1.0.3.

  • When Summoning a character, there are cases where the subtitles overlap with the character's name.

    This issue was resolved with version 1.0.3.

  • As of 7/23 14:00 JST, meals can no longer be made with the Meals function.

  • SSR Veigue [Midsummer Siesta] does not deal critical damage.

  • Repeatedly tapping the Continue button after being KO'd in battle consumes the Gleamstones required to continue with each tap.

    When making a purchase, tapping the device's Home button while on the platform's payment screen causes the application to minimize. After reopening the game, the payment screen will be closed and payment is no longer possible.
