Before sending an inquiry, please check the FAQ to look for the answers or solutions for common problems.
If the problem persists, please send your inquiry by the following procedures.
 Access the FAQ page of the corresponding title (any FAQ would be fine).
 Click the "Inquiries" button at the bottom of the page.
 Click the "Support Form" button.
 Fill in the information required in the form and click the "CONFIRM" button.
 Click the "SEND" button to summit the inquiry.
Please be kindly noted that the inquiry sent through “Comments and Requests” that shown in , can be received and confirmed, but, the replies from customer support team are undeliverable.
■In addition, please also be kindly noted that customer support system is unable to receive inquiries sent by e-mails.
Resubmitting or replying to the response from customer support team, please do access the URL in the reply from customer support team.
