If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved by checking the FAQ or other information on the official website, please contact customer support by following the steps below and providing details about your issue:

1.Open the app and tap “Menu”.
2.Tap “Support” (this will take you to the FAQ website).
3.Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Support Form”.
4.Enter the required information for your inquiry.
※ Please be sure to include the date and time the issue occurred, any actions that may have caused it, relevant screen displays, and any other helpful details.

※ We also welcome feedback and suggestions about the app.
To submit opinions or requests, tap “Comments and Requests” in Step 3.
