Do the following to confirm the characters you received:

1. Tap "Crew"
2. Tap "Character List"
3. Open the order sort feature in the top right corner and tap "Get Date"
*Caution:
Your Rainbow Gems cannot be used for a Recruit and result in you not receiving any characters.
