How do I transfer my data?
You can transfer your data via SNS, ID/password.
To do so, please perform the following steps.
1. Tap "Menu"
2. Tap "Change Device"
3. Tap the data transfer method you wish to use
■Caution when changing devices with SNS:
Linking to X (formerly Twitter) is not recommended at this time. For details, see the in-app notices.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account
*Cautions regarding your data transfer ID/password:
Store your user ID and password using one of the methods below:
・Take a screenshot.
・Tap the "Copy" button to copy your ID and password, then paste them to the Notes on your app.
・Tap the "Send Mail" button and email them to your email address.
・If you forget to store the password and ID, complete the method above again from step 2 to issue a new password.
(Your password is valid for 91 days from the date of issue. Each time you issue a new password, the valid password and deadline are reset.)
・When you issue a new password, only the latest password will be valid from the point of issue until the new deadline. All older passwords will be disabled.
・If you use "Back-Up Data with SNS", any previously issued IDs/passwords will be deleted.
・After being used for a data transfer, your password cannot be used again.
*Caution:
・Rainbow Gems cannot be transferred when moving an account to a device with a different OS.
・You must choose from one of the following options: linking to an SNS account, or setting a transfer ID/password.
・After linking your Apple ID or SNS account: If you delete your Apple ID/SNS account or lose your login credentials, you will no longer be able to transfer your data.
・Please transfer data in a location with a stable internet connection. Failing to do so can lead to data being corrupted.
・If you accidentally started the game as a guest, you can still perform a data transfer by returning to the title screen. Please note that any guest data will be overwritten when a data transfer is performed.
