I played the designated stage but there was no Dragon Ball there.
There are only 7 Dragon Balls, and they will not be replaced again until you have made your wish.
You can confirm the stages where Dragon Balls appear from the following screen: Home > Shenron, and then tapping the grayed-out Dragon Ball(s).
