I don't have the "Ghost Usher" I purchased at the exchange. Why?

 You can check the items you own by navigate to "Team > Items > Awakening Medals or Support Items".

Please note that there are two types of Ghost Usher: "Awakening Medal" and "Support Item".
Please make sure to confirm the type of item you have exchanged.
