Characters obtained from Summons cannot be exchanged for coins in the following cases.

■ Characters not eligible for coin exchange
・Characters obtained from Summons that do not use Dragon Stones
For example, Multi-Summons where the 1st to 3rd uses Dragon Stones and the 4th is free

・Characters obtained from Ticket Summons

・Characters obtained from Summons prior to version 4.16.0

・Characters obtainable through events or exchange shops

・Characters that cannot be included in a team, such as "Elder Kai" or "Hercule Statue"

・SR characters that can become SSR through Z-Awakening
