I can't find the "Rainbow Diamond" that I was supposed to have purchased/received.
Purchased rainbow diamonds will only be displayed and available on the platform where the purchase was completed.
Additionally, when receiving gifts from the Present Box, if you have multiple login settings enabled, you can select "Receive on Mobile" or "Receive on Steam".
Please check if you have received them on the platform other than the one you are currently verifying.
