I cannot receive my rewards. (League rewards, ranking rewards, login bonuses, etc.)

If you have Multi-Login settings enabled and are playing both the mobile and PC versions, rewards and items can only be earned on one platform.
*You can only receive the rewards from the platform where you have the higher ranking.
