My Chrono Crystals disappeared after performing a Data Transfer.

If you transfer your data to a different OS platform, your Chrono Crystals will not carry over.
Please be mindful of the OS of your current device and the device you are transferring to before performing a data transfer.

Will carry over: "iOS > iOS" (or "Android > Android")

We do not provide compensation for any Chrono Crystals lost during a data transfer between differing OS platforms.
