How do I cancel my Legends Pass?

You can cancel the Legends Pass and the free trial by following the steps below.

Click the "Cancel here" button at the bottom of the in-game Legends Pass page to open a screen where you can check your Legends Pass usage status and cancel it.

Once this screen opens, please refer to the support page for your platform and try the steps below.

*The Legends Pass usage status of the account (platform account) currently logged in to your store will be displayed.

[App Store] Tap the account in the upper right corner of the app screen [person icon]

⇒Subscription - [Active column]

⇒[Dragon Ball Legends] - [Legends Pass]

⇒Tap [Cancel subscription] to cancel

※If [Subscriptions] is not available, tap [Ξ] - [Account Information] - [Subscriptions]

⇒From the subscription screen, tap [Dragon Ball Tap Legends

⇒ Tap Cancel Subscription on the Manage Subscriptions screen to cancel

⇒ Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel


[Notes]

・If you do not cancel the Legends Pass by the day before the expiration date, it will be automatically renewed and a monthly fee will be charged.

・Even if you cancel, you can still receive the special service until the day after the expiration date (before the date changes on the app).
