[MY HERO ULTRA IMPACT] How can I transfer my game data?

If you link your game account to your BANDAI NAMCO ID (BNID), you can transfer your play data to a new device.

1. Complete Transfer Setup on your original device.

*Start the app, then from the title screen, go to the Home screen > Menu > Transfer, 

then link your BNID.

2. On the new device, select Transfer Data.

*Select Transfer Data from the dialog box that appears when you open the app for the first time on the new device.

・Data Transfer for this app is only available using a linked BNID. Other social media accounts cannot be used for this purpose, nor is there a data transfer code function.

・If you deregister the BNID you linked to your account, you will no longer be able to use that BNID to transfer your data.

・You cannot link multiple MY HERO ULTRA IMPACT accounts to 1 BNID.

・If you transfer game data between devices running different OSes, all Hero Gems acquired on your original device will be deleted.

・Please be careful, because transferring data between OSes will void paid course enrollment effects, item receipt limits, and purchase history.
