【PS4: General】Purchased In-Game Item Not Reflected

If a purchased in-game item is not appearing in your game, please try the following steps to help resolve the issue.

【Steps to Try】
1. Restart the Console
[Power] > [Power Options] > [Turn Off PS4]
Wait for the power indicator light to turn off completely, then restart your console.

2. Check Your Transaction History
Please check your account's transaction history to confirm whether the purchase process for the product has been completed.

▼ How to Check via Web Browser
Sign in to your account on a web browser and access "Account Management." Then go to "Transaction History," select the period for the transaction history, and select "Transaction History" again to check the details.

▼ How to Check via PS4 Console
On the PS4 console, select "Settings" > "Account Management" > "Account Information" > "Wallet" > "Transaction History," and then select the period (year, month, day) you want to check.
*Only the Family Manager can check the transaction history of family members.

3. Check the library
Check if the content is displayed in the library.
From the home screen, select [Library] > [Purchased Content] > Select the game, then select [PlayStation™ Store]> [Your Add-Ons]> Click the arrow icon next to the content and download it.
*If [Installed[ is displayed next to an add-on in the [Your Add-Ons] screen, you do not need to download it.

4. Try 「Restore licenses」
To [Restore licenses] on a PS4, select [Restore] from the top of the home screen under [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore licenses].

5. Activate your PS4 as primary PS4
While signed in to PSN, go to the home screen and select [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4]

If your PS4 is already registered as your primary PS4, please deactivate it, and then reactivate it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to Select [Deactivate], then go back to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] and select [Activate].

6. Delete and Re-download the Game Data
Highlight the game app you want to delete in the content launcher or Game Library from the Home Screen, press the Options button, and select Delete.
After deletion, reinstall the game data.
•Packaged version: Insert the game disc to reinstall.
•Digital version: Sign in with the account used to purchase the game, then re-download it from the [Game Library]or [PlayStation®Store].

* Game data and save data are separate. Be careful not to delete your save data.
* After reinstalling, you can continue playing from where you left off.

7. Verifying the country/region of the main game and add-ons (including paid DLC)
Please note that we have not verified the compatibility of software, consoles, or add-ons intended for use in other countries or regions outside of Japan.
