I forgot my transfer code. What should I do?

If you have forgotten data transfer code or it has never been issued, please contact customer support team via the 「Support Form」 below.
For further investigation and confirmation, please do provide your account information.
Regarding data recovery,  be sure to send your inquiry by the account owner yourself.

If your provided information does not meet the recovery criteria, we may not be able to issue a Transfer Code.
   Please note that detailed standards regarding data recovery are not disclosed.
