How can I transfer my game data that already set up data transfer to a new device?

Please follow the steps below to transfer your game data to a new device. 

1. Install "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage" on your new device (the device to which the transfer is to be made). 

2. Select the "Three lines" icon on the bottom right of the TOP screen.


3. Select "Transfer Save Data"


4. After confirming the precautions, select "Transfer".


5. Select the data transfer method to complete your game data transfer (The image shows the screen for iOS device.)


6. After the data transfer is completed, confirm your "Player ID", "Player Name", and "Player Rank".


■ Notes

*Diamonds cannot be transferred between different OS devices. 
  Additionally, the effects of Haro Pass, the effects of various AP/BP packs, item grant period and purchase history will be invalidated. 
*After transferred to another device, you still be able to login to this app from your pervious device.
  However, please be noted that if you login to a different OS device, Diamonds and the effects of Haro Pass,
  and the effects of various AP/BP packs will be eliminated. 
*The Transfer ID and Code used to complete the data transfer will be rendered invalid.
*You will not be able to complete data transfer if the third-party account you linked to your game data is deleted or lost.
*To avoid data corruption, please preform the data transfer in an environment with stable internet connection.
