Mobile Suit Transcendent "no material consumption" is a specification that allows transcendent without consuming materials during the stage of ability release for MS picked up in the hanger.
Therefore, if you perform the Transcendent without releasing the ability, materials (Rainbow Haro Coins) will be consumed according to the number of times the Transcendent is performed .
