Changing the game's Image Quality settings might help.
Launch the application > Title Screen > Menu > the button above the HELP (9th option) > Options > Image Quality Settings
Please make sure you have the suitable settings that fit your device. If you are experiencing choppy motion or app crashes please lower Image Quality Settings from medium to lower.
If you want to change the settings back, you can always do so by clicking the "Options".
