Entering the venue overnight or saving places before the event is strictly prohibited.

Minors (under 18 years old) should also take special note that outdoor activity is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. under Article 15.4 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance Regarding the Healthy Development of Youths. Arriving at the venue during the night is also strictly prohibited for adults.
