What should I do if an error is displayed during authentication and I cannot log in?

Please check whether your device’s screen lock (fingerprint, face recognition, PIN, etc.) is enabled, whether you are using the same device and browser you used when creating the passkey, and whether your OS and browser are up to date.

If the issue does not improve, please use a login method other than passkeys, such as logging in with your password or via an external SNS linked login.
