Where can I register my Residential Address? What happens if I do not register it, and what restrictions apply when registering it?
Log in to your Bandai Namco ID account and register it under “Basic Information” or “Address Information.” If you open the Address Information page without a Residential Address registered, the registration page will appear.
For services that require address information, you may be unable to use the service until registration is complete. Some address-related features and campaigns may also be unable to retrieve your address information.
Only an address based on the country of residence set for your Bandai Namco ID can be registered as your Residential Address.
As a rule, the given name registered for your Residential Address cannot be changed. Please make sure the information is correct before registering it.
