Can I share user data between different platforms?
The target platforms for this Regional Beta Test are App Store, Google Play and Steam®.
*In South Korea and Germany, the test will be conducted only on iOS and Android.
It is also possible to share user data between different platforms by following the steps below to link Bandai Namco ID.
- Install the game on any platform and create a new account.
- Link the account created in step 1 with your Bandai Namco ID.
- Install the game on another platform and log in using the Bandai Namco ID from step 2.
*After installation, please log in using your Bandai Namco ID without creating a new account.
After completing steps (1) through (3), you will be able to share user data across different platforms.
Example:
- Install the game "DRAGON BALL PROJECT: Multi" on iOS.
- Create an account (A) for the game (note: The account will automatically link with Game Center).
- Link account A with your Bandai Namco ID account (B).
- Install the game on Steam.
- Before creating a new account in the Steam version of the game, log in using Bandai Namco ID account B.
- The Steam account used in steps 4 and 5 will be linked to game account A created in step 2.
*Please note that once data sharing is activated, it cannot be undone.
