【Nintendo Switch: General】Screen Freezes or Stops During Gameplay
In some game software, the screen may freeze or become unresponsive during gameplay.
If this occurs, try restarting your Nintendo Switch console to resolve the issue.
Please refer to the following steps to restart your console.
*Be sure to save your progress (save the game data) before restarting.
[How to restart]
1. Press and hold the [Power Button] on the top of the console for 3 seconds
2. When the power menu appears, select [Power Options]
3. Select [Restart]
*If holding the POWER Button for 3 seconds fails to bring up the Power Menu,
you can press and hold the POWER Button for at least 12 seconds to force the console to shut down.
*If you want to restart software, close the software and then open it again.
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, the problem may be due to a malfunction with the Nintendo Switch console.
