How to transfer game data to a new device?
Please do enable data transfer settings on your game account before transfer your game data to a new device by following steps.
■ Procedure
①Link your Bandai Namco ID to your game data from the in-game menu on your old device.
※If your Bandai Namco ID is already linked, the link button will not be displayed.
②Install the app on your new device (the device you are transferring to).
③Link your Bandai Namco ID from the title screen on the new device.
④After the data transfer is complete, confirm that the correct account data has been restored.
■ Important Notes
Data transfer methods other than the procedure above, such as using PC backup functions, are not guaranteed.
Perform data transfer in an area with a stable network connection to avoid data corruption.
If a purchase is in progress, the purchase may be canceled or lost during transfer.
If any external service accounts used for data transfer are deleted, or if you forget the login information, you will not be able to transfer your data.
