The “SNS_CONFLICT_USER” error message appears when you try to link your Bandai Namco ID to an SNS account that is already linked to another Bandai Namco ID.

If you wish to link your Bandai Namco ID to an SNS account, you can either unlink the currently connected SNS account from your Bandai Namco ID, or use a different SNS account that is not linked to this Bandai Namco ID.
