I want to transfer my game data.
You can transfer your data by following the steps below.
(1) Go to "In-app Home Screen > Menu > Data Link "
(2) Link your data using a Bandai Namco ID
(3) Launch the app on the device you wish to transfer the data to, go to "Title Screen > Data Link", and log in with the Bandai Namco ID you linked in step (2).
When you transfer data, data created on other servers will also be transferred at the same time.
*Data transfer operations using automatic backup features of each OS or other methods outside of the above procedures are not guaranteed to work.
*Please perform the data transfer in a location with a stable network connection. There is a risk of data corruption.
*Please note that if there are any items in the middle of being purchased, the purchase process may be discarded.
*If you delete the Bandai Namco ID used for data linking or lose your login information, you will not be able to transfer your data.
