Q

[Steam: General] How to Check the Game Version

Others
A

You can check the game version either while the game is running or through the Steam client.

[Checking the Version In-Game]

For many titles, the game version is displayed on the title screen when the game starts.

Alternatively, the version information may be available in the Settings menu or another information screen within the game.

Please launch the game and check these locations.

Note: Depending on the title, the game version may not be displayed in-game. In such cases, please refer to [How to Check the Build ID] below.

[How to Check the Build ID]

Even if the game version is not displayed in-game, you can check equivalent version information through the Steam client as a Build ID.

1.Open your Steam Library, then right-click the game title you want to check and select Properties.

2.Select Updates from the menu on the left side of the Properties window.
3.The current game version information is displayed in the Build ID field.
