How to Transfer Game Data to a New Device

Follow the steps below to transfer your game account or data that already configured data transfer settings.

■ Steps
1.Complete the data transfer setup on your old device in advance.
2.Install the app on your new device (the device to which you want to transfer the game data).
3.On the title screen, select "Link Data."
4.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the data transfer.
5.After the transfer is complete, confirm that your "Player ID," "Player Name," and "Player Rank" are correct.

※ Important Notes
• Data transfer operations performed using PC backup tools or methods other than the above procedure are not guaranteed.
• To avoid data corruption, please perform the data transfer in a stable network environment.
• Any purchases that are in progress may be canceled or disposed during the transfer process.
• If the linked Bandai Namco ID is canceled, deregistered, or if the login information is lost, your game data cannot be transferred.
