"Purchase Failed" Error Appears on the Home Screen

f you are seeing an error such as "Error code: 802" or "Error code: 804" every time you access the home screen,
it may be caused by previous or recent purchases.

To investigate the issue, please contact us with the following information.

・Player ID
・Player Name
・Screenshots showing the purchase details
(Including: Payment date, Item name, Amount, and Order number) before and after the error occurred
※If there are multiple purchases, please provide details for all of them.
