If a product disappears after pressing “Receive/Purchase” and logging in to your Bandai Namco ID without proceeding further, it indicates that the product has already been received or purchased in the past.
Products with limits cannot be received or purchased beyond their set limits.
According to the Web Store specifications, all products are displayed before logging in to your Bandai Namco ID, regardless of your purchase or receipt history.
If you first log in via the “Login” button at the top right corner of the Web Store page, the displayed products reflect your claim and purchase history.
