How do I transfer my data to a new device?

To move a game account with data transfer set up to a new device, please follow the steps below.

1. Install "BLEACH Mirrors High" on your new device (the device you are transferring to).
2. From the hamburger menu at the bottom right of the title screen, select "User Data Transfer Setup"
3. Select the method you used to set up data transfer, then tap the "OK" button.
4. After the transfer is complete, check that your "User ID," "Player Name," and "Player Lvl" are correct.

*Important
・If you transfer data between different operating systems, Mirror Gems and subscriptions cannot be transferred.

・Before using the service, please check your transfer information and be sure to keep a record of it, such as by writing it down or saving it to a PC email address.
   You are responsible for keeping your transfer information secure. As a rule, we will not disclose this information if it is lost.
　If the account of the service used for data transfer has been deleted or you have forgotten your login information, your data cannot be transferred.

・Transfers using data backup functions on a PC or other methods other than the "Transfer Setup" are not guaranteed to work.

・Please transfer your data in a location with a stable connection, as your data may otherwise become corrupted.

・Once you transfer your play data from your original device to a new device, you will no longer be able to play the app with the same save data on the original device.
