I expanded my Character Box, but the limit did not actually increase. What should I do?

Try the following to resolve the issue:

Attempt the following and then confirm your purchases again in an environment with good internet connection.
・Restart your smartphone
・Cancel background tasks on your device
・Restart the app

If you try the above and your Character Box limit still does not increase, contact support.
