If the message “Authentication was not successful” appears when attempting to use “Back-Up Data with SNS”,
one of the following may be the cause.

1.Your social media account is already linked to other play data.
*You must unlink the previously linked play data from your social media account before proceeding.

2.Incorrect social media account ID or password was entered.

3.The social media service is currently unavailable.
If you are experiencing the issues described in points 2 or 3,
please contact the relevant social media provider for further assistance.
