After transferring the game data, all Mail and Friend Requests were reset
When game data is transferred to a different device, please note that “Favorite” marks on your characters,
Favorite Friends in your “Friend List”, and Mail and Friend Requests in “View Mail/Friend Apprv” will all be deleted during the transfer process.
Additionally, any unclaimed items in your Mail will be deleted once the transfer is performed.
We highly recommend opening all Mail in “View Mail/Friend Apprv” and receiving all items before transferring your game data.
