How do I transfer my data to a new device?
To transfer data to a new device, please follow the steps listed below.
1. Install ONE PIECE TREASURE CRUISE on the new device
2. On the title screen, select "Change Device"
3. Choose a data transfer method
*To transfer data via ID, enter your transfer ID and password and then tap "Send"
4. After transferring your data, please check to see if your user ID, in-game name, and Pirate Level are correct.
*Cautions regarding data transfer:
・Rainbow Gems cannot be transferred when moving an account to a device with a different OS.
・Please transfer data in a location with a stable internet connection. Failing to do so can lead to data being corrupted.
・If you transfer gameplay data from an old device to a new one, you will not be able to play using that same data on your original device.
・If you are in the middle of a transaction, the purchase will not be processed.
・Favorite character, favorite friend, and friend approval/unreceived mail data will not be carried over with a data transfer.
・Be sure to check all of your unreceived mail before completing a transfer.
・We cannot offer compensation for any mail lost in a transfer.
*Cautions regarding IDs/passwords for data transfer:
・The issued data transfer code can only be used once.
・The data transfer code can be issued as many times as you want. However, only the latest code will be usable.
・Please save your data transfer details prior to using the data transfer service. We recommend writing down these details or emailing them to yourself.
You are to assume sole responsibility for your data transfer details. Please be aware that we cannot offer any assistance if you lose this information.
(If you have saved your data transfer information via an email or a screenshot on your device, please be careful as you will not be able to check your details in the event that your device is lost or damaged.)
・We do not offer support for any transfers outside of those listed within the game's data transfer settings (for example, data transfer via a PC data backup).
・If you transfer your data via SNS after issuing a data transfer ID/password, those data transfer credentials will become unusable.
