How can I transform the skill records?
Max-leveled skill records can be transformed at the "Blacksmith".
Transformation increases the rarity and maximum level of the skill record.
・"Blacksmith" → "Skill Record" → "Transformation"
*Materials and Col used in Transformation will be consumed.
