【IF】 Can I transfer game data between different OS?
You can transfer your game data to a new device by linking your game account to your BANDAI NAMCO ID, and continue to play where you left off.
However, Please be informed that「Arcana Gem」you owned will be eliminated and the right of receiving「Arcana Gem Pack」 will be lost forever.
We can NOT provide any compensation for the lost of「Arcana Gem」 occurred during data transfer between different OS.
In addition, even transferred back to your previous device,
the 「Arcana Gem」and the right of receiving「Arcana Gem Pack」 you had acquired on your previous device are NOT existing anymore.
