Items / Chrono Crystals I acquired aren’t showing up in my Gift Box. Why is that?
Aside from some exceptions, each acquired item will be reflected on your game data directly.
For example, Mission Rewards and Z-Level Rewards, etc. are not sent to your Gift Box but are directly reflected to the applicable item column.
Also, please be aware that not all missions reward Chrono Crystals.
As an exception, each item distributed from the DRAGON BALL LEGENDS Team can be accepted from your Gift Box.
You can check the history of the Gifts you have received under Receipt History for the past 90 days.
