I cannot exchange 「Chrono Crystal」 at the Exchange Shop, nor can purchase from the shop. Why is that?

A

There is a limit to the number of Chrono Crystals you can hold.

Therefore, if you exceed the limit, you cannot purchase new Chrono Crystals from the shop nor can exchange them at the Exchange Shop. 

So please consume some of Chrono Crystals and then try purchase or exchange.
