【Nintendo Switch: General】Not operating properly/want to know how to troubleshoot
If there is an issue with the game data or your console, unexpected behavior may occur.
Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue.
【Steps to Try】
(1) Check for corrupted data
Navigate to [System Settings] →[Manage Software]→ [Data Management] and select the software, choose [Check for Corrupt Data].
* If the above operation does not indicate any problems, please check (2) to (4) below.
(2) Delete and Re-download the Software and Additional Content
Place the cursor over the software on the HOME menu, press 「+」 button, and select "Data Management" > "Archiving game data".
※This operation will not delete your save data. After re-downloading the software, you can continue playing from where you left off.
And then, refer to Here to re-download the software and additional content.

(3) Re-update the game
Highlight the software, press the [-/+ button]> [Software Update] > [Via the Internet]
