How can I transfer my game data to another device?

There are two ways to transfer data: using a Google account,  Bandai Namco ID, and using a transfer ID and password.
The data transfer steps are as follows. 

■ Data transfer using Google account
1. Home screen > "Menu" > "Data Link" > "Data Transfer" > "Transfer with Google Account" > Login to your Google account. 
2. Your Google account and game data will be linked. 
3. Please install "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage" on your new device (device to take over). 
4. Title TOP screen > "Menu" > "Data transfer" > "Transfer with Google account" > Login to your Google account to complete the data transfer. 
5. After completing the data transfer, please check if the "Player ID", "Player Name", and "Player Rank" are correct.

■Data Transfer using  Bandai Namco ID
1. Home screen > "Menu" > "Data Link" > "Data Transfer" > "Transfer with  Bandai Namco ID" > Login to your  Bandai Namco ID. 
2. Log in with your  Bandai Namco ID and password (or login with other SNS account) that will be linked to your game data. 
3. A pop-up regarding the service of "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage" will be displayed. Tap the "Agree" button to complete the data transfer registration. 
4. Install "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage" on your new device (device to take over).
5. Title TOP screen > "Menu" > "Data transfer" > "Transfer with  Bandai Namco ID" > Login to your  Bandai Namco ID to complete the data transfer. 
6. After completing the data transfer, please check if the "Player ID", "Player Name", and "Player Rank" are correct.

■Data Transfer with "Transfer ID" 
1. Home screen > "Menu" > "Data link" > "Data Transfer" > "Transfer with ID/Password" > Set a password. 
2. The data transfer will be set. 
3. Install "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage" on your new device (device to take over).
4. Title TOP screen > Menu > Data transfer > "Transfer" > "Transfer with ID/password" > Please enter the transfer ID (player ID) and the password that you set earlier. 
5. After completing the data transfer, please check if the "Player ID", "Player Name", and "Player Rank" are correct.

■Notes
*Diamonds cannot be transferred between different OS devices. 
  Additionally, the effects of Hallo Pass, various AP/BP pack effects, item grant period and purchase history will be invalidated. 
*After transferred to another device, you still be able to login to this app from your pervious device.
  However,  please be noted that if you login to a different OS device, the effects of Diamond and Hello Pass, and the effects of various AP/BP packs will be eliminated. 
*The Transfer ID and Code used to complete the data transfer will be rendered invalid.
*You will not be able to complete data transfer if the third-party account you linked to your game data is deleted or lost.
*To avoid data corruption, please preform the data transfer in an environment with stable internet connection.
