[SAOVS] I deleted the app during the maintenance, can I restore the data?

If you have carried over your data using your Bandai Namco ID, please reinstall the app and then select “Restore Account” on the “Account Confirmation” screen. You can carry over your data by logging in with your Bandai Namco ID.

If you have not used your Bandai Namco ID to transfer your data, please contact us with the required information below to restore your account
